Jasper's Jamaican

Ingredients
  • ½oz Lime juice
  • ½oz Pimento Dram
  • 11/4oz Rum Nation Jamaica White Pot Still
  • ½ barspoon simple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Shake with ice cubes.
  2. Serve double strained in a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Dust with fresh ground nutmeg.
Notes
The original recipe calls for a gold jamaican rum that I twisted for the Rum Nation Jamaica Pot Still.
