Port of Spain Swizzle

Official Rum Cocktail for Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge 2016 Spain.
Ingredients
  • 1½ oz Angostura 1919 Rum
  • ½oz Angostura 1824 Rum
  • 4 drops Pernod
  • 1oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • ½oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 8 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a Highball but only 2 of the Angostura Aromatic Bitters dashes.
  2. Add ⅔ parts of crushed ice in the glass.
  3. Swizzle it with a swizzle stick(or barspoon).
  4. Add more crushed ice to fill.
  5. Add a float of 6 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters.
  6. Glass: Highball.
  7. Garnish: Cassia or cinnamon stick and a mint sprig.
