EL DIABLO
Author: Original recipe of Trader Vic (1947), adapted by Oriol Elias
Ingredients
  • 1oz Tequila Blanco
  • 0.25oz Mezcal
  • 1barspoon Ancho Reyes
  • 0.5oz Lime juice
  • 0.75oz Blueberry Real
  • 1.5oz Ginger Beer
  • 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir with a barspoon.
  3. Serve strained in a highball glass full of crushed ice.
  4. Add more ice to fill if it's needed.
  5. Garnish the glass with two red chillies.
