POLYNESIAN GHOST

Ingredients
  • 2oz Caliche Rum
  • 0.5oz Plantation Overproof
  • 0.75oz Pineapple Rum
  • 0.5oz Lime Juice
  • 0.75oz Coconut Water
  • 1oz Coco Real
  • 1 barspoon Ginger Real
  • 6 gotas Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Instructions
  1. Shake with crushed ice.
  2. Serve unstrained in a Tumbler glass.
  3. Add more ice to fill if it's necessary.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig, a red candy skull and a paper umbrella speared on a marraschino cherry.
