Navy Coco Cola

  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Dash Dale DeGroff's Pimento Aromatic Bitters
  • 1½ oz Coco Rèal
  • 1oz Pusser's Rum
  • 1oz Wood's 100 Old Navy Rum
  • 1oz Smith&Cross
  • 1 bottle Fentiman's Curiosity Cola (or another brand of premium cola)
  • 1 Pineapple hollowed
  1. Hollow a pineapple and let it rest some minutes inside the fridge.
  2. In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients except the cola.
  3. Add crushed ice and shake.
  4. Serve unstrained inside the pineapple hollowed.
  5. Add the cola and stir.
  6. Add more crushed ice to fill if it's necessary.
  7. Garnish with a half of the squeezed lime and a marraschino cherry.
