Official Rum Cocktail for Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge 2016 Spain.
- 1½ oz Angostura 1919 Rum
- ½oz Angostura 1824 Rum
- 4 drops Pernod
- 1oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
- ½oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 8 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Add all the ingredients in a Highball but only 2 of the Angostura Aromatic Bitters dashes.
- Add ⅔ parts of crushed ice in the glass.
- Swizzle it with a swizzle stick(or barspoon).
- Add more crushed ice to fill.
- Add a float of 6 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters.
- Glass: Highball.
- Garnish: Cassia or cinnamon stick and a mint sprig.
