BEACHCOMBER BLOOD

Ingredients
  • Cocktail:
  • 1.5oz Don Q Añejo
  • 0.5oz Plantation Original Dark
  • 0.5oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Orange Juice
  • 0.5oz Blue Agave Real
  • 0.25oz Falernum
  • 0.25oz Pimento Dram
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Syringe:
  • 1oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 0.25oz Grenadine
  • 0.25oz Don Q 151
Instructions
  1. Stir the syringe's ingredients in a glass.
  2. Load the syringe with the liquid.
  3. Add the cocktail's ingredients in the shaker with crushed ice.
  4. Shake and serve unstrained in a tumbler.
  5. Add more crushed ice to fill if it's necessary.
  6. Put the syringe on the top of the cocktail to make a float with this over the drink.
