Three Dots and a Dash

  • ½oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½oz Orange Juice
  • ½oz Honey Mix*
  • 1½oz Amber Martinique Rum
  • ½ oz Demerara Rum
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • ¼oz Falernum
  • ¼oz Pimento Dram
  • ¾cup Crushed Ice
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed 5 seconds.
  3. Pour unstrained in a specialty glass.
  4. Garnish with 3 marraschino cherries speared to a pineapple stick, symbolizing the morse code.
*Honey Mix: 1 part honey to 1 part water. Heat the mix until the honey is totally dissolved. Let it cool before use it! It will last about a week in the fridge.
